A. Register

You won't be able to upload photos until you've registered. Give yourself an ID and password. We suggest you use your name, as in "vincentvangogh", instead of a handle like "amazingartisan".

B: Create a Virtual Booth

The first time you access your account, you will need to create a virtual booth to display all your work. Click "Create content" in My Area in the right column.

Click on "album". Chose the name for your virtual booth. Use your name or the name of your business.

Click "submit" at the bottom of the page. You will be able to edit the information other than the title at a later time.

C. Add Images

To add images to your virtual booth, click "Create content", then "Images" from the My Area list.

Enter the title of your work on the first line.

You will see three drop down boxes.

This first is categories. Select one or more categories for your work. For example, your work may be included in "metalwork" and "sculpture" if it fits in both categories. Hold down "ctrl" key to select more than one category.

The second is your virtual booth. Click on the name of your booth.

The third dropdown is a "Sales Gallery". If you item is on sale, click on this box. You can always come back and add or remove your item from the sales gallery.

Next, if you are selling your work, enter the price on the next line.

And, last, if you want to sell you work with paypal, go to section F.

To link to your website or a product page on your shopping cart, enter the link.

F. SELLING YOUR WORK WITH PAYPAL

To start, create or access your Paypal account and click on Merchant Services. Click on "Buy Now" under buttons. Fill out the item information and price. Select the button you want displayed, select NO encryption and select shipping charges and sales tax information. Paypal has detailed instructions on how to work with the this setup if you have any questions. Hit Create Button Now.

Select All HTML code for websites and copy the information to a text file until needed.

Enter the html code in the paypal area.

Click Submit.

G. Create a personal page

Click on "create content" and select Page. You can customize this page with any information you want.
